Fire Recall Heads up

Just a heads up for any Soul owners who haven't seen it, there is a fire related recall floating around again. Not sure if it's model year specific or tied to a certain batch, but it's worth checking your VIN. I think it started around February
If anyone's already been through the process, anyone else hear about this?

My wife drives a Kia Soul, out of thousands recalled, fewer than 30 actually caught fire. Don't be too worried, stinks tho how theyre taking too long to fix it

That's an important heads-up, as those recalls can sometimes fly under the radar. @Stingy13 's take on the repair timeline is understandable. Still, it's always better to be safe than sorry by checking your VIN on the official NHTSA or Kia websites, as multiple fire-related recalls have indeed affected Soul models.

Yeah, I saw that recall notice pop up too. Checked my VIN last week and sure enough, mine was on the list. If you haven't looked yet, it's definitely worth two minutes of your time.
