Can I check fuses without pulling them out

Without removing them, is it possible to check the fuses under the dash?

sure, just pull out the fuse box cover to see the fuses and use a tester or visual check

I had the same question when my Soul's radio stopped working last year. You can check fuses without pulling them using a fuse tester or a multimeter. Just touch the probes to the little test points on top of each fuse.

Any specific reason why you don't want to pull the fuses? They're not that hard to take out and even if you mess up the order, it's easy to find which goes where. If you're really not interested in taking them out, I suppose with a flashlight you can see form the top if they're good or not.
