CCS! to CHadeMO adapter recommendations

A CCS to CHAdeMO adapter can be useful, but compatibility varies depending on the charger network. If you're traveling in areas with limited CHAdeMO stations, an adapter could extend the life of your Soul EV. However, it's worth checking if your local chargers support it before making a purchase.

What are members' experiences with an adapter? Can you recommend one? I own a 2017 Soul EV.
The A2Z EV CCS1 to CHAdeMO adapter is a popular and generally well-regarded option.
I know someone with a Nissan Leaf who reported good experiences with it for increasing their charging flexibility.
It's designed to work with your Soul EV too but your maximum charging rate will still be limited by its internal systems.
Also, be aware that some adapters might require a small internal battery to be occasionally topped up, so it's good to understand the specific model's quirks.

So, my friend has this Leaf, and he snagged an adapter for his road trips. It worked like a charm, but one time he totally spaced on charging the internal battery. Guess what? He ended up waiting around, stuck without a charge. It's a super handy tool, just gotta remember to keep it juiced up
